Qualification –

1) For Direct Recruitment

• Graduate with a degree of Bachelor in Library Science from a recognized University /Institute.

2) For deputation

• A person holding the analogous post in the library of Government Office / Department / Origination / Government Undertakings/PSUs etc. OR
• A person having experience of minimum 5 years in pay matrix Level- 7 in the library of Government Office / Department/ Organization/ Government undertakings/PSUs,
